new bug introduced

1. only display players HP when right click. Therefore no way to use flare during night.
2. not sure whats the purpose of the motion detector. It seems that only the detector itself knows about the goblock(if you add detector mod to the flamer, only the flamer will attack and nearby howitzer wont respond to that)
